Making the settings section of the wp-admin interface scroll

Post by syntax » Mon Dec 22, 2014 2:44 pm

First, you need to have an admin stylesheet active with something like this:

Code: Select all

//style sheets
function custom_admin_styles() {
	wp_enqueue_style( 'font-awesome', content_url() .'/asd-global/fonts/font-awesome/css/font-awesome.min.css' );
	wp_enqueue_style( 'asd-admin-style', content_url() .'/asd-global/css/admin-style.css' );
}
add_action( 'admin_enqueue_scripts', 'custom_admin_styles' );
Then put this in your stylesheet:

Code: Select all

#menu-settings > ul {
	height: 400px !important;
	overflow-y: scroll !important;
	overflow-x: visible !important;
}

#collapse-menu {
	margin-bottom:200px !important;
}
The "#collapse-menu" just puts some extra spacing at the bottom of the page.
